The level 2 Certificate in Business Administration qualification helps candidates to develop an understanding of the role of administration within an organisation, administration systems and procedures, a range of business services and management support. The qualification is intended for people who are working or preparing to work in an administrative role which requires initiative and business awareness.

Business Administration Level 3

Candidates are expected to display in-depth knowledge of subjects covered in the lower levels as well as understanding of more specialised areas such as events and travel.
